Have you ever wondered what the difference is between ice cream, gelato and sorbet? Mme. Miles and I have! Ice cream is made from cream or milk, like the name suggests!! Gelato is also made from milk but it doesn't have the same amount of air in it. Ice cream is whipped more than gelato which makes gelato thicker and have a more intense flavour. Sorbet is not made from milk but is usually made from pureed fruit and juice and then whipped to make it have a lighter texture.
Personally, I like them all!
